Het natuurreservaat Lenzen-Wustrower Elbniederung ligt in het gebied van de Landkreis Prignitz in Brandenburg.
Het gebied met nummer 1427 is op 16 mei 1990 onder bescherming gesteld. Het 999 hectare grote natuurreservaat strekt zich uit ten zuidoosten van de kernstad Lenzen en ten noordwesten van de kernstad Schnackenburg langs de Elbe en langs de langs het midden van de Elbe verlopende grens met Nedersaksen. Ten noorden loopt de B 195.
