Ziegelhof is een woonplaats van de stad Lenzen van het Amt Lenzen-Elbtalaue in de Landkreis Prignitz in Brandenburg.
De plaats ligt twee kilometer ten noordwesten van Lenzen en 28 kilometer ten westnoordwesten van Perleberg, de zetel van de Landkreis Prignitz. De locatie van het dorp bevindt zich op de kadastrale kaart van Lenzen aan de linkeroever van de Löcknitz, die hier valt onder het FFH-gebied Onderste Löcknitzlaagte. De nederzetting is omgeven door het landschapbeschermingsgebied Brandenburgische Elbtalaue, het vogels beschermingsgebied Onderste Elbtal en het biosfeerreservaat rivierlandschap Elbe.
