De evangelische dorpskerk Wootz is een zaalkerk uit de 17e eeuw in Wootz, een bewoond deel van de gemeente Lenzerwische in de Landkreis Prignitz in Brandenburg. De kerkgemeente maakt deel uit van de kerkenkring Prignitz van de Evangelische Kirche Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz. De patroonheilige is Sint-Catharina.
De rijksweg 195 loopt in west-oost richting door het dorp. Van deze weg takkt de Pappelweg af naar het historische dorpscentrum. Daar staat de kerk op een licht verhoogd perceel dat niet is omheind.
