Oberhode is een gebied van het gemeindevrije gebied Osterheide in de Landkreis Heidekreis, in de Lüneburger Heide. Het was vroeger een gemeente in de Ostheidmark, de grootste in de oude Kreis Fallingbostel. Veel alleenstaande boerderijen, zoals typisch was in de Ostheidmark, vormden de gemeente onder een verzamelnaam. Tot de gemeente behoorden onder andere Heuersmühlen, Dövenhof, Eitze, Stelterhof, Hambruch, Meyerhof, Meyerbruch, Narjesbergen, Dammbüschen, Hohenbrelingen, Niederbrelingen en een deel van het Ostenholzer Moor.
