Het Zuidkwartier is een stadsdeel van de Westfaalse stad Münster. Het behoort tot het centrale gebied van de stad en is daarmee onderdeel van het stadsdistrict Midden. Functioneel bezien is het relatief markant in twee delen verdeeld: Het traditioneel overwegend door arbeidersgezinnen bewoonde noordwestelijke deel van het Zuidkwartier is nog steeds een dichtbevolkt woongebied, terwijl het zuidoostelijke deel, vanwege de nabijheid van het voormalige goederenspoor, industrieel van karakter is.
