De kerk St. Leonhard is de rooms-katholieke filialekerk van Prüm-Weinsfeld in de Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm in Rijnland-Palts. De kapel behoort tot de parochie Niederprüm in de parochiegemeenschap Prüm in het bisdom Trier.
In Weinsfeld is sinds de 16e eeuw een kerk bekend, die in de 18e eeuw door een nieuwbouw werd vervangen. De westtoren van deze kerk staat vandaag de dag nog, het bijbehorende schip werd in 1961 gesloopt. Daarvoor werd aan de overzijde van de straat een zaalkerk van 12 × 6 meter gebouwd met een dakruiter, een spitse houten plafond, een galerij en talrijke hoge smalle ramen. De patroonheilige van de kerk is Leonardus van Limoges.
