St. Adelheid is een rooms-katholieke kerk in Müllekoven, een wijk van Troisdorf in de Noordrijn-Westfalen Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. Het behoort als filiaal van St. Lambertus tot de parochiegemeenschap Siegmündung in het kringdekenaat Rhein-Sieg-Kreis.
In het toenmalige Sieglarer dorp Müllekoven, dat sinds oudsher tot de parochie Bergheim behoort, werd in het begin van de jaren vijftig in particuliere initiatieven een kapellenbouwvereniging opgericht, die als doel had een eigen kerk te bouwen als filiaal van de parochiekerk St. Lambertus.
