De evangelisch-lutherse kerk St. Marien en Bartholomäi staat in Harsefeld, een dorp in de Landkreis Stade van Niedersachsen. De kerkgemeente behoort tot het kerkdistrict Buxtehude in het sprengel Stade van de Evangelisch-lutherse Landeskirche Hannover.
Een burcht en een kerk werden in 969 door Heinrich van Stade gebouwd. In plaats van de burcht werd een collegiale stichting opgericht, die later werd omgevormd tot een Benedictijnenabdij. Het klooster Harsefeld werd in 1647 opgeheven. De kerk St. Mariae en Bartholomäi is de voormalige kloosterkerk, die in het midden van de 14e eeuw van bakstenen werd gebouwd. Voor het middeleeuwse koor is een grondsteenlegging voor 1445 overgeleverd.
