Er zijn in totaal 3 shelters op de plek met samen 15 slaapplekken. Het is alleen mogelijk om dit ene shelter van tevoren te reserveren.
De plek ligt in een prachtig natuurgebied bij de Skive/Karup Å. Het shelter heeft een grote vloeroppervlakte van ongeveer 6x3 meter. Er is echter maar een kleine opening in het midden van de voorkant. Er is toegang tot de rivier vanaf de plek - de regels voor vissen vind je op skive.dk/fiskeri. Bij de plek zijn er een droogtoilet, een paardenbox, 2 openhaardplaatsen en meerdere picknicksets. Achter het shelter ligt een mooie heide, en er is een gemarkeerd pad dat de wandelaar/ruiter van Skive-Karup Å, via Skive Plantage, helemaal naar Skive of naar Flyndersø leidt, als men over de rivier naar het westen gaat.
