Havforel, hornvisser, sild en kabeljauw. In de winterperiode wordt voornamelijk kabeljauw gevist, maar vanaf medio mei komt de hornvis in grote aantallen. In het late najaar zijn er opnieuw kabeljauw en havforel, evenals mogelijk ontsnapte regenboogforellen. Weersomstandigheden: De vangstomstandigheden in de Grote Stroom zijn zeer beïnvloedbaar door wind en stroomomstandigheden, maar een zuidelijke stroom en lichte wind worden aanbevolen. Het te water laten van de boot kan zowel in Vordingborg Zuidhaven als in Vordingborg Noordhaven gebeuren.
