Het stadion Bollaert-Delelis, dat in 1932 werd ingehuldigd en genoemd is naar Félix Bollaert, directeur van de Compagnie des Mines de Lens die het bouwde, werd al snel het hart van Lens. Het stadion is een bolwerk van het Franse voetbal en biedt plaats aan 38.000 mensen, d.w.z. meer dan de hele bevolking van Lens (36.000 inwoners). Bij elke wedstrijd van Racing Club de Lens brengt het stadion de supporters van Lens samen, die bekend staan om hun warme onthaal en zijn uitgeroepen tot "het beste publiek van Frankrijk".
Minstens twee keer per maand staat het stadion in vuur en vlam en trilt het van het gezang van de supporters. Tussen de 20.000 en 30.000 mensen in de Sang et Or kleuren, verenigd achter één team!
