De Commanderie van Bajoles was een van de oorspronkelijke kloosters van de Orde van Sint-Jan van Jeruzalem, gelegen in de huidige gemeente Perpignan nabij Kasteel Rosselló. Ondanks de bekende documentatie was tot voor kort niet eens de exacte locatie van het huis of de zetel van de commanderie bekend, die in de 17e eeuw door het leger van Lodewijk XIV van Frankrijk werd verwoest. De opgravingen, die in het laatste decennium van de 20e eeuw werden uitgevoerd, hebben niet alleen de locatie vastgesteld, maar maakten ook een plattegrond mogelijk en verschaften belangrijke details.
