Elk jaar biedt het Théâtre des Carmes in Condom een gevarieerd programma voor elk publiek. Concerten, toneelstukken, opera, muziek, voorstellingen voor jong en oud... er is voor elk wat wils!

Dit monument uit de 17e eeuw, met gevel en dak die geklasseerd zijn als "Monuments Historiques" in renaissancestijl, was eerst de karmelietenkerk naast het klooster, daarna een levensmiddelenwinkel en tenslotte een herberg, voordat het een theater werd.
Het theater opende zijn deuren voor het eerst in 1904, nadat de stad het gebouw in 1902 had gekocht. Op 3 en 4 juli 1904 vond er de eerste show plaats. Burgemeester Fernand Larnaude huldigde het gebouw in en feliciteerde de architecten Damière, Gervais en Corau. Rond 1935 werd het Théâtre de Condom verbouwd tot bioscoop. En tot 1940 was het bioscoop-theater elk weekend bij elke voorstelling uitverkocht.
Tegenwoordig is het theater open voor het publiek tijdens voorstellingen.
