Op deze 34 hectare, gelegen in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van Center Parcs "Landes de Gascogne", is een conserverings-, restauratie- en ontwikkelingsplan ontworpen om de gebieden te renaturaliseren en een glimp op te vangen van uitzonderlijke omgevingen.
De belangrijkste acties zijn
- herstel van de megaforbia
- aanleg van een open plek van een hectare
- een wandelpad van 2,8 km, waarvan het grootste deel toegankelijk zal zijn voor personen met beperkte mobiliteit, met 15 interpretatieposten
