In het hart van een klein gehucht in de Haut Limousin, midden in de natuur, ideaal om te wandelen (er zijn twee bewegwijzerde paden), geeft de vrijstaande gîte uit op een omheind terras. Aan de achterkant geeft het ook uit op een overdekt terras dat via een paar treden uitkomt op een kleine omheinde binnenplaats. Er is ook privéparkeergelegenheid naast het huis. Op slechts 9 km ligt het 15 hectare grote Mondon meer in een bosrijke, groene omgeving met een tennisbaan, minigolfbaan, waterfietsen en een zwembad met waterglijbaan.
