Genesteld in het hart van het Forêt de la Double, zal de gîte "La Doublaude" je veroveren met zijn rust en authenticiteit, met zijn vakwerk en vakwerkmuren. Bij de zorgvuldige renovatie is alle authenticiteit bewaard gebleven: oude stenen, vakwerk en een oude broodoven.
Aan de rand van het terras kun je een duik nemen in het grote privézwembad (12 x 6) en genieten van het weelderige, bloemrijke terrein.
Het zwembad wordt beschermd door een op afstand bedienbare afdekking.
Het huis bestaat uit een keuken die uitkomt op de woonkamer, een doucheruimte, een badkamer, 2 wc's en 3 slaapkamers:
CH 1: 1 bed van 140 op de begane grond
CH 2: 1 bed van 160 op de begane grond
CH 3: 2 eenpersoonsbedden (90cm) op de bovenverdieping
