Een magische rotonde is een rotonde ontwikkeld door het Britse Transport research laboratory om de problemen van congestie bij rotondes met veel zijwegen te ondervangen.
De rotonde bestaat uit een grote rotonde met bij de zijstraten een mini-rotonde. Om elke mini-rotonde gaat het verkeer met de klok mee, zoals gebruikelijk in Groot-Brittannië; om de grote rotonde mag je zowel met de klok mee als tegen de klok in rijden om naar de volgende minirotonde te komen.
