Leicester Castle ligt in de stad met dezelfde naam in het Engelse graafschap Leicestershire. Het complex bevindt zich in het westen van het centrum van Leicester, tussen Saint Nicholas Circle in het noorden en De Montfort University in het zuiden. Een grote motte en de Grote Zaal zijn de twee aanzienlijke overblijfselen van wat eens een grote defensieve structuur was. De zaal is nu omgeven door een gevel in Queen Anne-stijl. Het Kasteel en de Magazine Gateway zijn een beschermd monument.
