HM Gevangenis Leyhill is een categorie D mannengevangenis, gelegen in de parochie Tortworth in Gloucestershire, Engeland. Leyhill Gevangenis wordt beheerd door de Dienst van Hare Majesteit.
Leyhill Gevangenis was oorspronkelijk een militaire ziekenhuis van de Verenigde Staten gebouwd voor de Tweede Wereldoorlog. De locatie werd in 1946 omgevormd tot een gevangenis, waarbij de gedetineerden oorspronkelijk in hutten werden gehuisvest. De gevangenis werd opnieuw gebouwd in de late jaren 70 tot begin jaren 80, en in 1986 werden de gevangenisgenoten opnieuw gehuisvest in nieuwe woonvoorzieningen. In 2002 werden nieuwe accommodatie-eenheden toegevoegd om de capaciteit van de gevangenis te vergroten.
