Carreg Dwfn is een heuvel vier mijl ten zuidoosten van Llandeilo en net ten zuiden van het dorp Trap in het graafschap Carmarthenshire, Zuid-Wales. Het ligt aan de westelijke rand van het Brecon Beacons National Park en het Fforest Fawr Geopark. De top op 283 meter bevindt zich aan het oostelijke uiteinde van een rotsachtige bergkam die van oost naar west loopt.
