Barnack spoorwegstation was een station in de Soke van Peterborough dat het dorp Barnack bediende. Ondanks de nabijheid van het dorp was het meer afgelegen Uffington & Barnack station op de Midland Railway van Leicester naar Peterborough handiger voor veel reizen. Barnack station werd geopend door de Stamford en Essendine Railway op 9 augustus 1867; het maakte deel uit van de S&ER tak van Stamford naar Wansford. De S&ER werd aan het einde van 1892 verhuurd aan de Great Northern Railway. De lijn herstelde nooit echt van de algemene staking van 1926, en het station sloot samen met de lijn op 1 juli 1929. In 2014 overleefde het gebouw als een privéwoning.
