Het Almo Collegio Borromeo is een privé-universiteitsresidentie in Pavia, regio Lombardije, Italië. Het is door het Ministerie van Onderwijs, Universiteiten en Onderzoek geclassificeerd als een "hoogwaardig Cultureel Instituut" en is de oudste nog operationele instelling van deze aard in Italië. Samen met Collegio Ghislieri – waarmee in de loop der eeuwen een scherpe goliardische rivaliteit is ontstaan – is het een van de twee colleges in Pavia met een historisch erfgoed. Het gebouw dat het college herbergt, is ontworpen door Pellegrino Tibaldi en kijkt uit op de Ticino, omgeven door aangelegde tuinen en de Borromeo-tuinen. Vasari beschreef het als een "paleis van kennis".
