De Fortezza del Varignano, ook wel Forte del Varignano genoemd, is een fort en kazerneterrein bij La Spezia in Italië. Het is de locatie van de speciale eenheid COMSUBIN van de Italiaanse marine.
Het terrein bevindt zich bij het dorp Le Grazie, in het gebied van de gemeente Porto Venere, op de gelijknamige landtong die de Golf van La Spezia in het zuidwesten begrenst. Het staat dus op een strategisch belangrijke plaats die de ingang van de golf en daarmee de toegang tot de marinebasis La Spezia controleert.
