Gioia del Colle Luchtmachtbasis is een Italiaanse luchtmachtbasis gelegen in de provincie Bari, Apulië, Italië, ongeveer 1 km zuid-zuidwest van Gioia del Colle.
Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd de luchtmachtbasis in oktober 1943 door het Britse Achtste Leger veroverd en vervolgens gebruikt door de United States Army Air Forces Twaalfde Luchtmacht en Vijftiende Luchtmacht. Het was bekend als Gioia del Colle Vliegveld door de Amerikanen. Bekende gevechtseenheden die vanaf het vliegveld opereerden waren:
