Tempel C is voor een deel gerestaureerd. Deze tempel is 63,7 meter lang en 24 meter breed met zuilen van 8,62 meter hoog en een diameter van 1,54 meter aan de basis. De tempel zou gewijd zijn geweest aan Apollo.
In 1823 werden de drie metopen die de Quadriga van de zon, het doden van de Medusa door Perseus en Heracles die de Cercopi veroverde, in stukken ontdekt en opnieuw samengesteld in het Regionaal Archeologisch Museum van Palermo, samen met een enorm masker van de Gorgon in polychroom terracotta.
