De historicus en theoloog van Sciacca, Mario Ciaccio, schreef dat dit paleis naast de Porta di Mare stond met uitzicht op het zuiden, buiten de stadsmuren.
Het werd gebouwd door Onofrio Cubici in de 15e eeuw met drie gekanteelde torens, volgens sommigen om het wapen van zijn familie aan te passen, dat drie torens op een blauw veld bevatte. De familie Cubici, in het geval van Sciacca naast de Perollo, was een zeer adellijke familie en in 1542 trouwden Baldassare Tagliavia en Diana Cubici bij contract. Uit dit huwelijk werden vele kinderen geboren, waaronder GianCalogero Tagliavia Cubici, die ridder werd van Santo Stefano in Florence.
Het werd het Ramingaddu paleis genoemd door de mensen, nadat het overging van de Cubici familie naar de Inveges, baronnen van Rabingallo.
