Berkel-Enschot is een dorp in de Nederlandse provincie Noord-Brabant. Van 1811 tot 1996 was het een zelfstandige gemeente, sinds 1997 is het onderdeel van de gemeente Tilburg. De gemeente telde in 1996 10.596 inwoners en had een oppervlakte van 19,82 km². De hoofdplaats van de gemeente was Berkel-Enschot. Berkel en Enschot waren twee dicht bij elkaar gelegen en later aan elkaar gegroeide boerendorpen die met Heukelom een gemeente vormden. De gemeente werd per 1 januari 1997 opgesplitst, waarna Berkel-Enschot deel uit ging maken van de gemeente Tilburg en Heukelom van de gemeente Oisterwijk.
