De Westerschelde Ferry is een fiets- voetveer, uitsluitend voor voetgangers en (brom)fietsers. Dit betekent dat motoren en auto’s geen gebruik kunnen maken van de veerdienst. De eindbestemming is Vlissingen op het eiland Walcheren.
Het type boot is een catamaran (vleugelboot).
Deze dienst doet zo'n 15.000 overtochten per jaar (2022) met 600.000 passagiers.
In het hoogseizoen is er in de piekuren om het half uur een afvaart. In heet laagseizoen in de daluren is dit om het uur.
