Dit is een klooster van de Karma-Pa sekte gelegen in het centrum van het dorp.
Het klooster werd meer dan 200 jaar geleden gebouwd. Als uitloper van de Karma-Pa Kagyut-Pa sekte stichting van Samteling van Mustang, staat het bekend als Samteling Gompa van Marpha. Het klooster toont beelden van Amitabha (Rode Boeddha), Chenresig (Avalokiteswora), Channa Dhorje (Vajrapani) en Guru Rimpoche (Padmasambhava) samen met andere godheden en prachtige fresco's.
Bezoekers kunnen Dhekep beleven, een gemaskerde dans die in oktober/november door de monniken wordt uitgevoerd.
