Dallas City Hall is de zetel van de gemeentelijke overheid van de stad Dallas, Texas, Verenigde Staten. Het is gelegen aan 1500 Marilla in het Gouvernement District van het centrum van Dallas. Het huidige gebouw, het vijfde stadhuis van de stad, werd voltooid in 1978 en verving het Dallas Municipal Building.
Het idee van de stad Dallas voor een gecentraliseerd gemeentelijk centrum begon toen stadsplanningsconsultants Harland Bartholomew & Associates in 1944 hun ideeën presenteerden. Het idee was om te verhuizen van het huidige Dallas Municipal Building naar een grandioos Beaux-Arts complex van stads- en federale kantoren, een congrescentrum en culturele voorzieningen. Twee locaties in het centrum waren mogelijke kandidaten: één ten noorden gericht op Federal Street en Akard, en één ten zuiden gericht op Young Street.
