Aquesta senzilla capella està situada al costat de l'antic graner de la casa a Kruisweg.

La capella està dedicada a la Mare de Déu. Al llarg dels segles, se li han atribuït innombrables aparicions i miracles (com els de Lourdes o Fàtima), cosa que va consolidar la seva veneració a tot el món. Això va donar lloc a la construcció de milers de capelles marianes , també al camp flamenc.

És evident que aquesta capella es va construir juntament amb el graner. Possiblement formava part d'una processó o es va construir per mostrar la prosperitat de la família.
