Royersslusen er en sluse i havnen i Antwerpen. Den blev bygget i 1907 og fejrede i 2007 sin hundrede års jubilæum.
Slusen er 180 meter lang og 22 meter bred. TAW dybden er teoretisk 6,41 meter. Slusen ligger i en nordøst-sydvest akse. Udekanalen er cirka 500 meter lang og er på nordsiden markeret med 12 høje piller. På sydsiden står en lang gangbro, hvor signalhuset er placeret.
