Det Flandern Parlament er forsamlingen for det Flanderns Samfund og det Flanderns Område og holder til i Flandern Parlamentets bygning i Bruxelles. Det Flandern Parlament har 124 medlemmer, som alle sammen danner det Flanderns Samfund. 118 af medlemmerne er valgt i det Flanderns Område, de andre seks kommer fra valgkredsen i Bruxelles-Hovedstadsregionen. Disse seks medlemmer må kun stemme om sager vedrørende samfundets anliggender, da det Flandern Parlament ikke kan udøve regionale beføjelser i Bruxelles.
