Cugnon er en by beliggende i arrondissementet Neufchâteau og siden en kommunal omstrukturering i 1977 en delkommune af Bertrix.
I delkommunen ligger den tidligere kommune Mortehan og husstanden Thibauroche, som tidligere hørte til kommunen Muno, der nu er en delkommune af Florenville. Indtil 1899 hørte også La Géripont og Auby-sur-Semois til Cugnon. I det år blev kommunen Auby-sur-Semois oprettet ved at blive udskilt fra de to husstande af Cugnon.
