Den mindste vandmølle i Zwalm havde forskellige ejere, indtil den i 1938 kom i hænderne på Benjamin Pede-De Clercq. Strømmen i Passemaregracht er så lille, at vandet først måtte pumpes op, før møllen kunne køre i flere timer. Møllen blev stillet i bero i 1965, restaureret og indrettet som sommerhus.
