Slaget ved Fontenoy fandt sted den 11. maj 1745 ved den hængske landsby Fontenoy på plateauet mellem Tournai og Mons. Det var en del af den Østrigske Arvekrig. Hertugen af Cumberland var indledningsvis succesfuld og trængte ind i det franske centrum, men blev ikke tilstrækkeligt støttet af sine allierede og så et stort og vigtigt nederlag gå tabt.
