Arrondissementet Moeskroen er et tidligere arrondissement i den belgiske provins Hainaut. Arrondissementet er blevet en del af det nye arrondissement Tournai-Moeskroen og omfattede 2 kommuner:
Arrondissementet Moeskroen blev oprettet i 1963 som følge af den endelige fastlæggelse af sproggrænserne i Belgien. De daværende kommuner Houthem, Komen, Neerwaasten, Ploegsteert og Waasten blev overført fra arrondissement Ieper, og kommunerne Dottenijs, Herzeeuw, Lowingen og Moeskroen blev overført fra arrondissement Kortrijk til det nydannede arrondissement Moeskroen i provinsen Hainaut.
