Venus fra Monruz er en figuration fra det sene paleolitikum, eller begyndelsen af epipaleolitikum, dateret til slutningen af Magdalénien, for omkring 11.000 år siden. Det er en vedhæng i sort flint i form af en kvindefigur, 1,6 cm høj, med et hul i toppen.
Det blev opdaget den 26. juli 1990, under anlæggelsen af A5 motorvejen, i Monruz i kommunen Neuchâtel, Schweiz.
