Waldeck er en småby i den nordhessiske Landkreis Waldeck-Frankenberg. Den er anerkendt som kursted og har siden den 13. september 2021 den officielle tillægsbetegnelse Nationalparkby i relation til den nærliggende Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
Waldeck er kendt på regionalt plan for sin beliggenhed ved Edersee midt i Waldecker Bjergland og i det ydre opsamlingsområde af Naturpark Kellerwald-Edersee, for Waldeck Slot, som er byens vartegn samt Landkreis Waldeck-Frankenberg, og for halvøen Scheid, der ligger ved Nieder-Werbe.
