Kommunen Siegbach ligger i Gladenbacher Bergland i dalen af den navnsskabende Siegbach, der helt tæt på springer på østsiden af Angelburg, løber gennem kommuneområderne i nord-syd-retning og ender til sidst i Aar ved Bischoffen.
Mere end halvdelen af kommunens areal er dækket af skov. Den højeste top i kommunen er Schmittgrund med 590 m over havets overflade, som er den næsthøjeste bjerg i Gladenbacher Bergland efter Angelburg.
