Rödinghausen er en kommune i nordøstlige del af det tyske land Nordrhein-Westfalen, omkring 30 kilometer nord for Bielefeld. Med knap 10.000 indbyggere er Rödinghausen den mindste kommune i den østvestfalske kreds Herford. I sine nuværende grænser blev den dannet i 1969 ved sammenlægning af fem tidligere selvstændige kommuner fra kontoret Rödinghausen. Bosættelsen i det frugtbare Ravensberger Land kan allerede dokumenteres skriftligt fra 851.
