Waldstetten er en kommune i Ostalbkreis i østlige Baden-Württemberg. Den tilhører randzonen i Stuttgarts metropolregion.
Waldstetten ligger ved foden af Stuifen i forlandet af Østsvejske Alb på kanten af Remstal mellem 350 og 781 meters højde. Den grænser op til byområdet Schwäbisch Gmünd samt til de byer, der tilhører Landkreis Göppingen, Lauterstein og Donzdorf, og gennem en ubeboet eksklave af kommuneområdet også til kommunen Ottenbach.
