Byen ligger ved Roth, cirka 22 kilometer sydøst for Ulm og 35 kilometer nord for Memmingen. Den tilhører regionen Donau-Iller i Midtschwaben. Andre floder i byområdet er Biber og Leibi.
Weißenhorn grænser op til følgende kommuner: Roggenburg, Buch, Illertissen, Bellenberg, Vöhringen, Senden, Pfaffenhofen og det kommunefrie område Stoffenrieder Forst, som grænser op til øst med kommunerne Waldstetten og Ellzee i Landkreis Günzburg.
