Schloss Hundisburg er et af de mest betydningsfulde landlige barokslotte i Sachsen-Anhalt og ligger i Hundisburg, en sydlig bydel af Haldensleben. Det blev delvist ødelagt af en brand den 28. november 1945 og blev fra 1994 omfattende restaureret.
Hundisburg blev i 1196 beskrevet som Allod som besiddelse af Mark Brandenburg. I dette år kom det under ærkebiskop Ludolph territorielt til ærkebispedømmet Magdeburg. I overensstemmelse med Chronicon Montis Sereni lod Ludolph slottet bygge.
