Leutratal og Cospoth er et naturbeskyttelsesområde i den frie by Jena og i Saale-Holzland-Kreis i Thüringen. Det naturbeskyttelsesområde, der ligger syd for Kernen af Jena, har et areal på 582,9 ha. Dalen ved Leutra og området omkring den 397 meter høje Cospoth er dele af naturbeskyttelsesområdet.
Naturbeskyttelsesområdet ligger i området omkring Ilm-Saale- og Ohrdrufer Platten og ligger mellem de jyske bydelsdele Ammerbach, Göschwitz, Leutra og Winzerla samt de steder i kommunen Bucha, der tæller Nennsdorf, Oßmaritz og Schorba.
