Tönsheider Skov er et naturområde nær landsbyen Aukrug vest for Neumünster i Schleswig-Holstein.
I det samlede skovområde på 136 hektar er 61 hektar i den østlige del beskyttet. I naturområdet findes større naturområder med spredte hedeområder samt kildeområdet og den øvre del af Sellbek. I 2012 solgte den tyske pensionsforsikring Nord 107 hektar af skovområdet til Kurt og Erika Schrobach-Fonden.
