Barnacken nær Horn i den nordrhein-westfalske kommune Lippe er med 446,4 m over havets overflade det højeste bjerg i Teutoburger Wald. Det ligger ikke langt fra grænsen mellem dette bjergrige område og Eggegebirge, men tælles delvist også til det sidste bjergområde ifølge naturrummets opdeling.
Barnacken rejser sig i den sydøstlige del af Teutoburger Wald i Naturpark Teutoburger Wald / Eggegebirge cirka 3 km vest-nordvest for forbindelsespunktet til Eggegebirge, der ligger mod syd i Silberbachtal ved Silbermühle. Dets top ligger cirka 3 km sydvest for Horn, en sydvestlig bydel af Horn-Bad Meinberg, og knap 3,5 km nordøst for Kohlstädt, en bydel i nabokommunen Schlangen.
