Grænseovergangen Bornholmer Straße var et grænseovergang ved Berlinmuren fra 1961 til 1990; den forbandt bydelene Prenzlauer Berg og Wedding i den nordlige del af Berlin over Bösebrücke.
Den har fået sit navn fra sin beliggenhed på Bornholmer Straße, som - opkaldt efter den danske ø Bornholm i Østersøen i 1903 - strækker sig gennem de daværende bydeler Prenzlauer Berg og Wedding. Bornholmer Straße er en del af den ydre vejring fra Berlins byggeplan fra 1862.
