Jagtslottet Hubertusstock var den officielle jagtresidens for den tyske statsleder i perioden med Det Tyske Kejserrige og Weimarrepublikken. På grund af sine repræsentative opgaver etablerede begrebet jagtslot Hubertusstock sig. I Østtyskland under Erich Honeckers tid havde det en sammenlignelig funktion.
Jagthuset, der ligger ved Werbellinsee i kanten af Schorfheide, et landskab i delstaten Brandenburg, blev bygget fra 1847 til 1849 på vegne af den preussiske konge Friedrich Wilhelm IV. i bayersk eller schweizisk landhusstil til ære for hans kone, en datter af kong Maximilian I. af Bayern. Den enkle bygning, som blev kaldt jagtslot på grund af sine kongelige ejere og det store jagtrevir, tjente som overnatning for hoffets jagtselskaber. Under beboernes fravær blev ejendommen drevet af hoffunctionærer, tjenere og håndværkere. Interesserede besøgende kunne besigtige bygningen for en entrepris på 25 pfennig.
