Borgen Anholt har givet navn til den tidligere by Anholt, som i dag er en bydel i Isselburg i Nordrhein-Westfalen. Anlægget er et af de største vandborge i Münsterland og ligger ved grænsen til Nedre Rhin. Dets oprindelse ligger i en voldbygning fra det 12. århundrede til sikring af ejerskabet af Utrechtbispedømmet. Graven forsynes af Issel.
